Medical Services - Conditions We Treat

  • Female Incontinence

You should not have to plan your life around the nearest bathroom. It starts small. A little leakage when you cough, sneeze, or laugh too hard. Maybe during a workout, or when you pick up your child. Over time, it becomes something you think about constantly: where the bathrooms are, whether you packed extra protection, whether anyone noticed. Many women assume this is just a normal part of aging, childbirth, or menopause. It is not. Urinary incontinence affects approximately half of all women at some point in their lives, and the majority never mention it to a healthcare provider. At ReNueva, bladder control concerns are treated with the same clinical attention as any other health condition, in a private, professional setting where you can discuss your symptoms openly.

  • Male Incontinence

Bladder leakage is not something men talk about. But it is something many men live with, and it does not have to stay that way. Most men do not expect to deal with urinary incontinence. Up to 40% of men over age 50 experience lower urinary tract symptoms, including urgency, weak stream, and leakage. But when it happens, whether after prostate surgery, as a gradual change with aging, or seemingly out of nowhere, it quickly becomes the thing you think about in every situation. Will I leak during this meeting? Can I make it through this shift? Do I need to know where the bathroom is before I sit down? This is not a normal part of aging that you need to accept. Male urinary incontinence is a medical condition with identifiable causes, and for most men, it is treatable without surgery.

  • Fecal Incontinence

One of the most underreported conditions in medicine. It deserves clinical attention and open discussion. Fecal incontinence, the unintentional loss of solid or liquid stool, is far more common than most people realize. The actual number of people affected is likely much higher than reported because most never mention it to a healthcare provider. The embarrassment is real, but so is the impact: avoiding social situations, limiting travel, planning every outing around bathroom access, and carrying a constant background of anxiety that no one else can see. This is a medical condition with identifiable causes. For most patients, it is treatable without surgery. At ReNueva, bowel control concerns are treated with the same clinical attention and privacy as any other health condition.

  • Pelvic Floor Weakness

Often unnoticed until symptoms develop. When these muscles weaken, the effects show up in ways that disrupt daily life: bladder leakage, bowel control problems, pelvic heaviness, reduced sexual sensation, and a feeling that something has shifted inside the pelvis. Many women experience these changes and assume they are just part of having children or getting older. They are common, but they are not something you have to accept. At ReNueva, pelvic floor health is treated as a core component of overall wellbeing, not an afterthought.

  • Chronic Pelvic Pain

Pelvic pain can persist even after appropriate evaluation. Maybe you have been told there is no infection, no structural problem, nothing visibly wrong. But the pain affects how you sit, how you move, how you sleep, and how you live. It is not in your head. It is not stress alone. And it is not something you need to keep managing without answers. Chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS) is a real, diagnosable condition affecting both women and men. It is characterized by persistent pain in the pelvic region lasting three months or longer, without evidence of active infection or a clear structural cause. At ReNueva, our physician-led team evaluates and treats CPPS with a focus on the neuromuscular and nervous system mechanisms that keep it going

  • Vaginal Rejuvenation

Your body may have changed through childbirth, aging, or hormonal shifts. Seeking comfort and confidence is not vanity. Many women experience changes in vaginal tone, sensation, and comfort over time. After childbirth, during menopause, following weight changes, or after pelvic surgery. For some women the changes are subtle. For others, they significantly affect comfort, confidence, and intimacy. Despite how common these concerns are, many women hesitate to bring them up. Something can be done. Vaginal rejuvenation at ReNueva is not about chasing an aesthetic ideal. It is about restoring function, comfort, and sensation so that you can feel at home in your body again.

  • Overactive Bladder

When Urgency Controls Your Day. Persistent urinary urgency can shape daily behavior. Overactive bladder is a medical condition, not a lifestyle choice. Overactive bladder is not about drinking too much water or getting older. It is a condition where the bladder contracts when it should not, sending urgent signals that do not match how full your bladder actually is. The result is a life organized around urgency.

  • Erectile Dysfunction

When sexual function changes, the impact often extends beyond intimacy. Most men do not talk about it. But when sexual function changes, whether it is difficulty achieving an erection, finishing too quickly, or a decline in desire, the impact extends well beyond the physical. Confidence shifts. Intimacy becomes stressful. Avoidance replaces connection. At ReNueva, sexual health concerns are treated with the same clinical seriousness as any other medical condition, because that is exactly what they are. Consultations are private, and our clinic is designed to be discreet and professional.

  • Low Libido

Desire does not disappear without reason. When it changes, there is often an underlying cause. Low libido is one of the most common sexual health concerns for both men and women, and one of the least discussed. When desire fades persistently and it causes distress, it is not a character issue. It is a medical one. At ReNueva, low libido is evaluated and treated with the same clinical seriousness as any other health condition. Consultations are private, and our clinic is designed for discretion.

  • Non-Bacterial Prostatitis

If symptoms have continued despite prior treatment, you are not alone. Many men spend months cycling through courses of antibiotics, only to find that symptoms persist because there was never a bacterial infection to begin with. Non-bacterial prostatitis, also known as chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS), is the most common form of prostatitis. It is driven by pelvic floor dysfunction, nerve sensitivity, and muscular tension, not infection. This is a real, diagnosable condition with real treatment options.

  • Peyronie's Disease

If you have noticed curvature, plaque formation, or pain with erection, the condition has a recognized cause and established management options. Peyronie's disease is one of the most under-discussed conditions in men's health. The combination of physical changes, sexual difficulty, and psychological distress keeps most men researching in private and suffering in silence. You do not have to figure this out alone. This is a well-characterized condition with a clear biological mechanism, and treatment options exist.

  • Perimenopause and Menopause

Your body is changing. Support is available. Perimenopause does not arrive with a clear announcement. It begins with subtle shifts: sleep that is no longer restful, cycles that become unpredictable, a body that feels different in ways that are hard to explain. Then the changes become harder to ignore. Hot flashes. Vaginal dryness. Pain during intimacy. Bladder leakage. Fatigue that rest does not fix. At ReNueva, perimenopause and menopause are treated as what they are: a significant physiological transition that responds to thoughtful, individualized care.

  • Postpartum Recovery

Recovery is not always automatic. Some structural and functional changes may benefit from thoughtful clinical support. Pregnancy and childbirth create structural, functional, and neurological changes that rest and time alone may not resolve. For many women, the gap between how their body feels and how they expected it to feel becomes a source of real frustration, discomfort, or loss of confidence. This is not simply a cosmetic concern. It is a functional and medical one. Research shows that approximately 73% of women continue to experience at least one symptom of pelvic floor dysfunction one year after delivery. At ReNueva, postpartum recovery is approached with the same clinical seriousness as any other rehabilitation process.

  • Pelvic and Sexual Recovery After Cancer

Cancer treatment may be complete. Recovery can continue. Cancer treatment saves lives. But chemotherapy, radiation, surgery, and hormone-blocking therapies can leave lasting effects that extend well beyond the disease itself. Pelvic pain, bladder problems, vaginal changes, erectile dysfunction, loss of sensation, and changes in intimacy are among the most common consequences of cancer treatment, and among the least discussed. Many patients describe the same experience: their oncologist declared them cancer-free, and then the conversation about their body essentially stopped. These are not minor inconveniences. They are measurable changes in tissue, nerve function, blood flow, and hormonal balance. And for most patients, they are treatable.

  • Musculoskeletal Pain

If rest, ice, stretching, and over-the-counter medication have provided only temporary relief, the underlying cause may require further evaluation. Musculoskeletal pain is one of the most common reasons people seek treatment. It affects everyone from weekend athletes to people who sit at a desk all day. For many, it does not have to be something you simply live with.

  • Chronic Migraines

Migraine is not simply pain. Recurrent attacks can interfere with work, relationships, and routine activities. Chronic migraines are defined as headaches occurring on 15 or more days per month for at least three months, with at least eight of those days meeting migraine criteria. This is not a tension headache. It is a neurological condition driven by abnormal patterns of brain activity, nerve signaling, and vascular response. For many patients, individual attacks blur into a near-constant baseline of head pain with intermittent severe flares.

Skin Concerns

  • Acne Scars

If your skin has healed from acne but the texture did not fully recover, the change typically lies in the dermis rather than the surface. Acne scars form when inflammatory acne damages the deeper layers of skin and the body's repair process produces too little collagen to restore the original structure. The result is permanent textural change that does not respond to surface-level skincare. Many patients feel their acne ended years ago, yet the marks remain

  • Benign Skin Lesions

Non-surgical removal of skin tags and benign growths. If it bothers you, that alone can justify removal. Benign skin lesions are non-cancerous growths that develop on the skin's surface. They are medically harmless, but they may be cosmetically bothersome or physically uncomfortable. You do not need a medical justification to have a lesion removed. Removal is a cosmetic decision, provided the lesion is confirmed benign. Common Types: Skin tags, seborrheic keratoses, dermatosis papulosa nigra (DPN), milia, syringomas, cherry angiomas, sebaceous hyperplasia, xanthelasma, and benign moles (pending clinical assessment).

  • Hyperpigmentation

Dark spots, uneven tone, and discoloration are not merely cosmetic. They reflect pigment cells responding to environmental and internal signals. Hyperpigmentation occurs when melanocytes (the cells that produce pigment) overproduce melanin in response to a trigger. It is one of the most common reasons patients seek aesthetic treatment, and one of the most frequently mistreated. The result is visible darkening that can appear as isolated spots, broad patches, or overall tonal unevenness. While generally harmless, hyperpigmentation can significantly affect how your skin looks and how you feel about it.

  • Stretch Marks

Your skin stretched. It adapted. It changed. Stretch marks are not flaws, but they are not untouchable either. Stretch marks form when the dermis (the structural skin beneath the surface) is stretched beyond its elastic capacity, rupturing collagen and elastin fibers. Scar tissue fills the gaps. They are structural damage, not a surface problem, which is why topical products cannot repair them.

  • Rosacea

If your skin flushes, burns, or develops acne-like breakouts that do not respond to typical products, the cause may extend beyond simple sensitivity. Rosacea is a chronic inflammatory condition that primarily affects the central face. It involves dysfunction in the skin's vascular system, immune response, and barrier function. It is not caused by poor hygiene and is not the same as acne. Many people live with persistent redness, flushing, and breakouts for years before receiving a diagnosis. Rosacea can be physically uncomfortable and emotionally frustrating. The condition is progressive, which is why early recognition and treatment matter.

  • Pores and Skin Texture

No product can close a pore. The right treatment can significantly reduce its appearance. Enlarged pores are a structural issue, not a cleansing issue. They become visible when the surrounding collagen weakens, when excess oil stretches the opening over time, or when sun damage thins the skin around each follicle.

Pore-minimizing products absorb surface oil or fill the opening cosmetically. Neither changes the actual size of the pore or addresses the structural cause.

  • Skin Dullness

You are not imagining it. Your skin can lose vibrancy over time, and surface hydration alone will not correct the underlying change. A dull complexion is not a single problem. It is the visible result of several changes happening simultaneously: slower cell turnover, reduced circulation, dehydration, accumulated surface damage, and declining collagen. Healthy skin reflects light evenly, creating natural luminosity. Dull skin absorbs or scatters light unevenly, resulting in a flat, tired appearance.

  • Uneven Skin Texture

Uneven skin texture can make skin look rough, bumpy, or aged. It can be caused by various factors including scarring, sun damage, aging, or skin conditions. Our resurfacing treatments smooth and refine skin for a more polished appearance.

  • Tattoo Removal

No explanation required. Just results. Tattoo ink sits in the dermis (the structural skin beneath the surface), trapped inside cells that the body cannot clear on its own. Laser tattoo removal works by shattering those ink particles into fragments small enough for the lymphatic system to eliminate. Whether the tattoo reflects a past chapter or a change in direction, removal is a personal decision. No explanation necessary.

  • Persistent Hair Growth

Permanent reduction. Not another temporary solution. Laser hair removal works by delivering laser energy that is absorbed by melanin (pigment) in the hair follicle, generating heat that damages the follicle's ability to produce new hair. The surrounding skin is left intact. It is the most commonly requested cosmetic laser procedure worldwide. Most laser systems struggle with darker skin tones because the laser cannot distinguish between melanin in the hair and melanin in the skin. The MOTUS platform solves this.

  • Visible Veins

They are rarely dangerous. But they do not have to be permanent. Spider veins are small, dilated blood vessels visible through the skin surface. Small varicose veins are slightly larger, often raised or bulging. Both result from weakened vein walls and valve dysfunction that allows blood to pool rather than return efficiently to the heart.

  • Pattern Hair Loss and Thinning

You notice it gradually, then all at once. Early intervention expands your treatment options. Hair loss affects approximately 50% of men over age 50 and up to 50% of women during their lifetime. While not medically dangerous, it can significantly impact confidence and quality of life. Hair loss is most commonly driven by follicle miniaturization: genetically susceptible follicles progressively produce thinner, shorter, lighter hair until they stop producing visible hair entirely. Once a follicle is permanently destroyed, no treatment can revive it. But follicles that are thinning or dormant can be strengthened and reactivated.

Body Concerns

  • Stubborn Fat and Muscle Tone Loss

You can do everything right and still see no change in certain areas. You have put in the work. But there are areas that will not respond no matter how consistent you are. A stubborn pocket of fat. A midsection that has not recovered since pregnancy. Definition that has faded despite regular training. Skin that feels looser than it should for the effort you have invested. This is not a failure of discipline. It is biology.

  • Cellulite

It is not about effort. It is not something you caused. It is a structural pattern beneath the skin. Cellulite affects approximately 85 to 90% of women at some point in their lives. Most people believe it is a fat problem. It is not. Cellulite is a structural condition involving the connective tissue beneath the skin, driven by anatomy, hormones, and genetics rather than body weight or fitness level.

  • Muscle Tone & Definition

Achieving well-defined muscles can be challenging even with regular exercise. Our non-invasive muscle building treatments use advanced technology to induce powerful muscle contractions, helping you build and define muscles more effectively than exercise alone.

  • Body Skin Laxity

Skin that has stretched beyond its collagen capacity cannot fully retract without intervention. Body skin laxity occurs when the skin's support system weakens over time. The network of collagen, elastin, and connective tissue that once kept skin firm begins to deteriorate, and the skin loses its ability to hold its position against gravity. This affects areas like the abdomen, arms, thighs, and buttocks, creating loose skin that exercise alone cannot address.

  • Body Contouring and Muscle Definition

When diet and exercise reach their limit, refinement becomes possible. And for many people, it is the gap between how hard they work and how they feel in their clothes, in photos, and in their own skin.

  • Post-Weight-Loss Skin Laxity and Structural Recovery

You did the hardest part. Structural recovery may require additional support. Losing significant weight is one of the most difficult things a person can do. And when you finally reach your goal, you expect to feel proud of what you see. But for many people, what they see is not what they expected. Loose skin where firmness should be. A midsection that sags instead of sitting flat. Stubborn fat pockets that survived the weight loss. A silhouette that still does not match the effort. This is one of the least talked about realities of weight loss. The body does not always bounce back on its own.

Facial Concerns

  • Double Chin

If fullness beneath your chin does not respond to diet or exercise, it is not a matter of discipline. It is often biology. Submental fullness (the clinical term for a double chin) can be present at many weights and fitness levels. The area beneath the chin has a higher concentration of receptors that resist fat release compared to other parts of the body. This is why targeted exercise and caloric deficit often have little effect here.

Genetics are a strong predictor. For many patients, lifestyle measures alone will not significantly reduce it.

  • Dark Circles and Under-Eye Hollows

You slept eight hours. You feel fine. Yet your under-eyes suggest otherwise. Dark circles and under-eye hollows are among the most common facial concerns, and among the most misunderstood. They are rarely caused by lack of sleep alone. The under-eye area is the thinnest skin on the face, with minimal fat and almost no oil glands. It shows internal changes faster than any other area.

  • Facial Volume Loss

You may have noticed subtle shifts in how your face looks in photographs or at certain angles. Something has changed, but it is hard to say exactly what. The fullness that once defined your features is gradually diminishing.

This is not simply skin aging. It is structural volume loss happening at multiple layers beneath the surface.

  • Jawline and Jowls

A sharp jawline is one of the defining features of facial structure. When support begins to decline, that definition can slowly blur. Jowls and loss of jawline definition are among the most noticeable signs of facial aging. The jawline is a complex area where skin, fat, muscle, connective tissue, and bone all interact. When these structures weaken or shift over time, the result is sagging along the lower face and loss of the crisp contour that once defined it.

Aging & Rejuvenation

  • Fine Lines & Wrinkles

Visible lines are often the outward sign of deeper structural change. What you see in the mirror is typically the final expression of changes occurring within the skin and the tissues beneath it.

Fine lines start subtly. A crease around the eyes that was not there last year. A line between the brows that stays when your face relaxes. Wrinkles are the next chapter: what begins as a surface crease deepens as structural support continues to decline.

  • Skin Laxity & Sagging

Skin laxity occurs when the skin loses its firmness and elasticity, leading to sagging and a less defined appearance. This is caused by the breakdown of collagen and elastin fibers over time. Our non-surgical treatments can restore firmness and provide a lifting effect without surgery.

  • Neck Laxity and Structural Decline

Your face can look refreshed and youthful. Over time, the neck may begin to show structural change independently. The neck is one of the most neglected areas in skincare routines despite being one of the first to show visible aging. The skin is thinner than facial skin, has fewer oil glands, and receives the same UV exposure. It also sits over a broad muscle that weakens and separates over time.

  • Sun Damage & Photoaging

Sun damage (photoaging) is responsible for up to 90% of visible skin aging. UV exposure causes wrinkles, dark spots, uneven texture, and loss of elasticity. Our treatments can reverse many signs of sun damage and restore healthier-looking skin.
